Who are we?
The Universal Seller team is based out of Massachusetts and is dedicated to delivering high quality products to consumers at the lowest price possible.

How are your prices so low?
We cut out the middleman by shipping our products directly from our manufacturers. This means that our products take longer to ship but we can offer them to you at a much lower cost.

How long will it take for my item to ship?
Typical shipping times are 12-20 days. If a product's shipping time will be shorter or longer than this, it will be noted in the product description. 

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Universal Seller has a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy, and will happily refund your purchase in full if you are not satisfied with your order. Please see our return policy for more information.

I ordered multiple products, but only some have arrived. Where are the rest?
They're on the way! As we offer multiple brands made by different manufacturers, shipping is handled separately for each unique brand. This allows us to be as efficient and fast as possible in getting all products to your door. 

Is this site secure?
This site is run through Shopify.com, the largest and one of the most secure E-commerce websites. Shopify handles all of the payment processing for our website (we pay a monthly fee for them to do so). Shopify meets all of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards. Additionally, we accept payments through PayPal.
