Delivery and Return Policy
We want everyone who shops at Universal Seller to talk away happy with their experience. That's why we have a policy of 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact our customer relations manager at email@example.com. We can honor returns up to 30 days from the date a product was delivered, but the item must be in unused condition with the original packaging included.
Typical shipping times are 12-20 days. If a product's shipping time will be longer or shorter than this, it will be noted in its description.
Currently we only ship to the United States, however we are planning on expanding to other countries soon.
As we offer multiple brands made by different manufacturers, shipping is handled separately for each unique brand. This allows us to be as efficient and fast as possible in getting all products to your door. This also means that if you ordered multiple products, they may arrive at different times.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel purchases after they have been shipped. However, once you receive the item, you can return it to our United States distribution center for a full refund. Please contact our customer relations manager at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return an item.
Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly, as we cannot re-route packages after they have been dispatched from the manufacturer -- which happens very quickly. If you incorrectly enter in your shipping address, please message us at ben@universal seller.com as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund purchases due to an incorrectly entered shipping address.
